Couch to 5k programme starting in Ballyvolane on 10th Jan
The Wibbly Wobbly Wonders Running Club are starting a Couch to 5k programme in Ballyvolane on the Northside of Cork City on Tues the 10th of Jan 2017. This is aimed at complete beginners so just turn up on the night.
