The race website for the Mallow 10 mile road race coming up next Sunday has now been updated with all the latest info.
Some of the key points are...
The race will start at 12:30 sharp
The race will be using chip timing. There will be a start gantry this year so your time starts once you cross the line, not when the gun goes off.
Pacers at 5 minutes intervials from 60 minutes to 90 minutes
2 Water Stations (bottles) on the course (3.5miles and 7 miles aprox)

Remember, no entries on the day. The race hit the limit of 1500 places a few weeks back.
