Enjoyable run but def not suitable for running shoes. Nearly injured myself a few times around the course. spikes all the way.

An enjoyable nights running at CIT with the novelty feel of running in the semi dark. Plenty of hard surface for parts of the circuit so it wasn't as tough as many cross country courses.
It would be a good introductory cross country run for anyone thinking of running cross country for the first time. And of course it is a flat as a pancake.
